Insuranceguru.com.sg and its parent company (hereinafter referred as ‘we’, ‘us’) are NOT financial advisers and no financial advice is given here in this website. We do NOT bear any responsibility for any financial decision(s) consumers or website users make, should they rely on the information they have obtained, directly or indirectly, from us or from any Singapore licensed financial adviser representatives (FARs) we introduce. InsuranceGuru.com.sg, its employees, parent, related companies will not be liable for any direct, indirect, financial, non-financial, incidental or any other type of loss or injury resulting from your use of the content found on our website.
Insuranceguru.com.sg (“IG”) is owned by ALP Rocks Pte Ltd (“ALP”) which is a Singapore registered Fintech company certified by Singapore Fintech Association as an InsurTech provider (information correct as at July 2021). ALP’s principal activities are management consultancy services, information technology and computer service activities. Part of ALP’s earnings are fees obtained from Singapore licensed FARs by introducing them website users of InsuranceGuru.com.sg who are interested in getting life, health and car insurance quotations or other financial advice. Website users are under no obligation to buy any products from these FARs we introduce.
Discounts off insurance premiums, if any, are dependent on prevailing promotions from insurance companies and financial advisers in Singapore. Such promotions vary from time to time. We do not guarantee any discounts of any kind for any life insurance plans or other financial solutions recommended by the FARs. Consumers should not buy any financial products just because of discounts, if any. A life insurance plan is a long term commitment and early plan termination may render capital losses.
By submitting your personal information (including but not limited to name, email address, mobile number etc) via the forms on our website or our online advertisements (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads etc), you, as an online user of InsuranceGuru.com.sg, explicitly allow staffs of InsuranceGuru.com.sg and insurance companies, insurance brokers, financial consultants and/or FARs introduced by InsuranceGuru.com.sg to Call, SMS and/or Email you for the purpose of proposing and marketing insurance quotations and other investment and financial solutions in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy. You are aware that you may withdraw your consent any time by submitting your request to admin@insuranceguru.com.sg. You also agree to provide such personal information to various insurers for the purpose of generating insurance quotations.
Terms and conditions to get vouchers
If any shopping vouchers (physical or electronic versions) are offered on the website to website user, the website user has to go through an exploratory call (voice/video call or virtual meeting) on personal financial planning for 10 minutes or more, as conducted by the FARs referred to website user by InsuranceGuru, before any voucher will be given to the website user. This is a mutually non-obligatory call between the FAR and the website user. There is no purchase or sales obligation by the website user and FAR respectively.
If the website user does not wish to have the exploratory call, the FARs or InsuranceGuru are not liable to award any vouchers (physical or electronic versions) to the website user. The website user can also decline the exploratory call and the vouchers anytime.

Without prejudice to INSURANCEGURU.COM.SG’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, INSURANCEGURU.COM.SG may take such action as INSURANCEGURU.COM.SG deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
Variation

By submitting your personal details via INSURANCEGURU.COM.SG, you have given your express consent for officers and affiliated financial consultants of INSURANCEGURU.COM.SG to contact you via email, SMS, fax or call for the purpose of, including but not limited to, sales and marketing of insurance quotations and any other financial products, customer servicing calls, as well as the update of insurance and other news related to personal financial planning.
Severability
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and INSURANCEGURU.COM.SG in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Singapore Law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We value the privacy interests of our customers highly and strive to protect the privacy, confidentiality, accuracy and security of the personal data provided to us.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, store and transfer your personal data in respect of commercial transactions and providing services to you. Our employees are required to comply with our Privacy Policy when they carry out their daily operations. We collect, use, disclose, store and transfer your personal data for the following purposes:
